1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 720pub (hereinafter "720pub," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 720pub online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and all other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 720pub Platform and refrain from creating or accessing an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with 720pub, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law;
• You must not be self-excluded or prohibited from gambling under any legal, regulatory, or contractual obligation;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process;
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by 720pub for violation of these Terms.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 720pub. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or personal information, is strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of these Terms. In the event that we detect multiple accounts associated with the same User, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all such accounts, void any wagers or transactions, and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with such accounts.

2.1 Account Verification

720pub employs a comprehensive verification process to ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain platform security. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and any other documentation reasonably required by 720pub to verify your identity, age, and eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account termination. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks at any time during your use of the Platform.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 720pub account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information. You agree to immediately notify 720pub of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify 720pub of a security breach and we have had reasonable opportunity to respond.

720pub shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You agree to indemnify and hold 720pub harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials, whether due to your negligence, intentional disclosure, or theft.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 720pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. We support various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and cryptocurrency (USDT). By making a deposit, you warrant that:

• All funds deposited are legitimately yours and not derived from illegal activities;
• You are authorized to use the payment method selected;
• You will not reverse, chargeback, or deny any deposits after they have been credited to your account;
• You understand that 720pub is not a financial institution and account balances do not accrue interest.

4.1 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and may take between fifteen (15) minutes to five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected. 720pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless such method is no longer available or verification requires an alternative method. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal requests that do not comply with these Terms or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

720pub periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Players (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. 720pub reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel Promotions, or withhold winnings if we determine that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse any Promotion through fraudulent behavior, bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or any other unfair advantage tactics.

Players found to be operating multiple accounts to claim Promotions multiple times, colluding with other Players, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have their accounts terminated and all balances forfeited. Promotions are intended for recreational Players and are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash except as expressly provided in the applicable Promotion terms.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

720pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide various responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. Players may set these limits through their account settings at any time. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately but are subject to a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your account, place wagers, or receive marketing communications from 720pub. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration selected and cannot be lifted early. 7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 720pub Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

1. Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
2. Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals;
3. Using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or manipulate games;
4. Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of fraudulent activity with other Players;
5. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain;
6. Using VPN services or other means to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
7. Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds between parties;
8. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform;
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or 720pub staff members;
10. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification;
11. Engaging in arbitrage betting or advantage play that violates the spirit of recreational gaming;
12. Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to use.

720pub reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may suspend accounts pending investigation. If we determine that you have violated these Terms, we may terminate your account, void all wagers, forfeit all balances, and pursue legal remedies as appropriate under Philippine law. You will not be entitled to any refund or compensation in the event of account termination for violation of these Terms.

8. Game Rules and Dispute Resolution

All games offered on the 720pub Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are available for review within each game. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, wager settlements, or technical malfunctions, 720pub's decision shall be final and binding. We maintain detailed logs of all gaming activity and will investigate disputes based on these records. Disputes must be reported to our customer support team within seven (7) days of the disputed transaction or game round.

In cases where a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure affects game integrity, 720pub reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stake amounts. You acknowledge that internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or other technical problems on your end are your sole responsibility and do not entitle you to refunds or compensation from 720pub.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 720pub Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game designs, is the exclusive property of 720pub or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 720pub, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited with 720pub during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 720pub Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
